The Senate Intelligence Committee considered the nomination of David Glawe to serve as undersecretary for intelligence and analysis in the Homeland Security Department. Mr. Glawe previously served as assistant commissioner in the Office of Intelligence with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Members questioned him in areas including information sharing among the intelligence community, the duplication of efforts among the Homeland Security Department, and lessons learned from the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
