Justice Department officials, including the agency's inspector general, testified at a hearing on foreign agent registration requirements. Inspector General Michael Horowitz detailed a review his office conducted of the Justice Department's enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), and outlined recommendations made for better enforcement practices. Two witnesses panels were originally to testify, but Democrats invoked the "two-hour rule," so the second panel was re-scheduled for the following day. The second panel can be viewed by typing program identification number 431852-1 into the "Search the Video Library" search bar.
